Alpine MI delivered a combined refurbishment package for Rhubarb Hospitality, protecting the occupied office building with a complete flat-roof renewal while also constructing new washroom facilities from an empty shell.
The four-week programme brought together specialist waterproofing, new plumbing and drainage, electrical installations, ventilation, partitions and premium interior finishes within one coordinated main-contractor delivery.
Premium sanitaryware, chrome brassware, black column radiators and large-format porcelain floor tiles complete the facilities. Precise panelling, mouldings, wallpaper and discreetly concealed services give the finished rooms a distinctive, durable character.

Rhubarb Offices · New washroomsThe new washrooms were constructed entirely from an unused area. Alpine MI formed the partitions and openings, installed all hot and cold-water services, waste and drainage, then completed lighting, ventilation and power before delivering the final decorative scheme.
The building’s two ageing flat roofs—one felt and one asphalt—were cleaned, repaired and prepared before receiving substrate-specific reinforced liquid waterproofing systems. Upstands, gutters, drainage outlets and perimeter details were fully incorporated to eliminate vulnerable joints and weak points.
